Job Description

We are recruiting for a temporary HR Resourcing Advisor to join a busy team within the NHS, based in Epsom.

Working as part of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing transactional service for recruitment, rostering and managing the ESR system (Electronic Staff Records).

This is an immediate temporary requirement, initially to support on a 4 week basis however, there is a strong chance that this will then be extended.

You will be responsible for providing a high quality and comprehensive recruitment service to a busy department within the NHS, ensuring policies and compliance processes are adhered too.
Processing contract and pay amendments for staff, assisting with the onboarding process and ensuring new starter documentation is completed, updating the staff records with joiners and leavers, along with supporting with the staff payroll process.

You will also provide support with the daily usage of the e-rostering system, TRAC and ESR, providing technical expertise and resolving frontline issues.

Due to the urgency of this position and the post initially covering 4 weeks, we require a candidate who has a good working knowledge of TRAC and ESR systems.

37.5hrs per week, based within Epsom, Surrey

Pay Rate: Band 5 role (£12 - £14.50ph, paid weekly in arrears)
