Our financial services client based in Canary Wharf are looking for an addition to their busy HR team for a 12 month FTC.
You will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective end to end recruitment process with a blended approach of direct & agency hires (predominantly direct hires) with involvement in the policy and management of talent planning.
You will oversee the end to end recruitment service is delivered in line with agreed service levels and manage and monitor delivery against the recruitment budget ensuring the company achieves value for money.
You will be accountable for direct resourcing campaigns across multiple directorates and provide regular management information to the Director of People & Development and Head of HR Operations
There will be the opportunity to be involved in ad-hoc projects to drive knowledge sharing and improved service.
We are looking for candidates who have the following;
Relevant experience gained from multiple functions of resourcing from within the financial services sector.
Producing and analysing MI in a comprehensive and outcome focused way
Budget management and oversight - financial acumen
Experience of 3rd party engagement, procurement and contract management
A positive and professional approach to work
Strong influencing skills across a range of stakeholders
A strong communicator, both in written and spoken communications
