We are currently recruiting a temporary HR Service Advisors within the HR Shared Service Centre to work in the Stockton area for a large and reputable company.
The role will respond to first line HR queries from the HR department. Your role will be to assist the HR Services Team Lead in identifying efficiencies, processes and improvement that can be made to the HR Service team to facilitate continuous improvement.
One of your daily tasks will be running monthly, weekly and daily reports from excel spread sheets to collate information.
A background in HR, Payroll support
Experience working with Excel and data analysis
Works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational skills
Works well in a team.
This is a temporary role with an hourly rate between £15.38 and £20.51 *subject to experience
