Job Description

HR Shared Services Manager - London

  • Salary - £44,524 per annum, including £3,250 Location Allowance.
  • Hours - 37.5 per week

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for a high volume transactional delivery service for around 1200 employees.
  • Provide HR advice at a senior level and comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Manage the Shared Services Teams to execute daily Recruitment and HCM data processing requests from internal clients including HR colleagues, business leaders and employees. It will involve managing and motivating your teams to ensure they're providing an excellent customer service
  • Ensure queries and requests are addressed and responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Acting as a source of expertise for line managers and staff in relation to HR and Recruitment policy and transactional process.
  • Ensure key internal and external relationships are maintained and improved through a process of regular meetings and external network development.

Previous Experience needed:

  • Experience in an high volume HR shared services role or operations role, with demonstrable experience project managing and people managing a team
  • Experience of providing HR professional advice at a senior level
  • Continuous improvement mind set and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Successful track record of continuous improvement, and proactivity
  • Experience of managing and implementing projects and change
  • Experience of providing HR professional advice at a senior level
  • Experience of managing and maintaining accurate data in an HR data system
  • Process mapping skills
  • Experience of working in multi disciplinary teams
  • Experience of policy development.
