Job Description

I am looking for a strong administrator who either has an HR background or a desire to work in one. The team are incredibley friendly and it is based in Elstree. The role is offering a great starting salary of up to £24000 40 days holiday (including bank hols)12% pension free lunch, free gym membership, life insurance and cycle to work scheme.

About the Role:

Helping with recruitment projects
Data entry using Excel
DBS Checking and Safe Guarding
Support the with employee relations cases when required including general administration
Carry out general HR duties, such as producing standard and ad hoc letters and documents,
take minutes of meetings where required, general filing, archiving and shredding, updating the HR intranet pages when required.

The person I am looking for will be a self starter, switched on smart, dedicated and want, have or be working towards a CIPD qualification and have the below:

Accuracy, reliability and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards
Previous experience and understanding of recruitment and selection administration and other generalist HR processes desirable
Able to work effectively on own initiative and within limits of own professional boundaries and knowledge
Experienced in prioritising varied and conflicting work demands and able to work under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Approachable and confident in dealing with a wide variety of people
A sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Excel in order to produce reports, in addition to OneNote, Microsoft 365 and other IT systems.
Is discreet and respects confidentiality
Is diplomatic, patient and non-judgemental
Has a desire to develop a career in the Human Resources/ Recruitment arena
