Job Description

We are delighted to be recruiting for administrator to assist within our HR team on a-short term temporary assignment


Job Title - HR / Compliance Administrator
Location - Warwick / Work from Home
Salary - £11.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: 2-3 months


We are extremely busy at the moment; therefore, we are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team to assist with day to day HR tasks. Your role will include:

  • creating audit trails for auditing purposes
  • inbox management
  • administering communications across all business networks
  • creating communication audit trails for compliance purposes
  • generating and distributing letter correspondence
  • updating / creating spreadsheets
  • general administration tasks



Our ideal candidate would have the following experience / skills:
" Strong administration skills
" Previous experience working within HR or compliance
" Quick learner
" Proven IT Skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

In return we are able to offer you flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, however there may be times when you are required to come to the office.
This role is required to start immediately, therefore we will be completing a short telephone interview before offering the role to our chosen candidate. It is vital that the candidate can start ASAP.
