HR/Payroll Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Brook Street are currently offering an exciting opportunity to work with one of our large public sector clients in Benton to specialise in HR and Payroll guidance and support. This is a bustling contact centre with fantastic public transport links.

As an Inbound customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for public sector workers querying their HR and Payroll processes. You will ensure all information is captured correctly and logged into the internal STARS system.

We offer excellent benefits:

  • £9.49 per hour with incentivised overtime!
  • Monday-Friday working with NO weekends!
  • Ideal office hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm
  • Full time, 37.5 hour working week
  • Excellent location in Benton

HR and Payroll experience is not required for this role, just experience providing fantastic customer service. Contact centre experience may give you an edge, but again, is not a prerequisite for success!
