Our Public sector client has a vacancy for a HR Support Officer

The role is full time and temporary to cover a Maternity period

To provide an efficient and effective HR support service , conduct administration activities on a variety of HR systems and to review HR cases and develop case briefings for HR officers and HR managers

For the purposes of shortlisting, candidates must demonstrate their relevant experience for the number of years required, depending on their level of qualification in all of the following areas
Experience of using a system which deals with HR, Payroll or financial data.
Experience in delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in the information they are processing
Experience in the use of MS office in the analysis and manipulation of data (advanced skills in word and excel)
Additionally candidates will be required to:

To work with highly confidential information.
To use their own judgement when dealing with varying situations and issues presented to them within set out operating principles
To have a proven track record in producing accurate information under tight timescales


Essential criteria for this vacancy
BTech Higher or equivalent qualification, plus 1 year`s relevant experience, or,
BTech National or equivalent qualification, plus 2 year`s relevant experience, or, exceptionally candidates who do not meet the qualification requirement but who can demonstrate that they have a minimum of 3 years` relevant experience may also be considered.


In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of 10.21 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and benefit from 34 days AL per annum
