We are looking for an eRostering System Administrator/Implementer to join our clients team on a temporary basis. Our client is working part of the NHS framework and this position primarily will be based within Leatherhead.
This is due to start immediately for a minimum period of 1 month (potential to be extended).
Your main role will be to support the HR Team with implementing a new system and due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will need to have previous exposure to working with HR systems. Your main duties will be the following:
- To support managers / co-owners in the use of the E-rostering system, providing expert advice, guidance and solutions to enhance the use of the software.
- To ensure that the system is fully and accurately maintained so that it meets the needs of the Organisation, and provides efficient, cost effective and safe rosters in line with Organisational policies.
- Conduct analysis of complex data including shift patterns and rules/working practices in order to support on-going improvements in the E-rostering BAU (Business As Usual) and Implementation Projects for both medical and non-medical workforce. This includes data gathering, system set up, testing, conducting training sessions and workshops, project support, helpdesk advice, ensuring high quality data input.
This role is based in Leatherhead however, the successful applicant must drive and have their own transport to be able to commute to the Woking site.
This is a full time; temporary role and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
You will need to have a full DBS carried out.
The hourly pay rate will be £14ph, paid weekly in arrears. Holiday hours are also accrued on a weekly basis.
