We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Advisor to join our busy team on a temporary basis. This position will be based in Central Woking, Surrey.
You`ll play a key role in providing high quality, administrative support to the HR business partner.
To be responsible for specialist systems support to the HR department and wider organisation in addition to line managing HR coordinators and effectively addressing complex pay related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
The main duties for this role (but not limited to) will be the following:
*To provide an efficient customer support and advice to all HR queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Take a proactive approach in building effective relationships with the necessary departments and colleagues, at all levels throughout the business in addition to external suppliers.
*To communicate effectively at all levels, working independently and part as a team.
*Ensure that all information is handled sensitively, complying with GDPR policies.
*Liaise with the team to analyse and report on complex data as requested on an ad hock bases by HR, Executive board and Senior management.
*Ensure all data is maintained regularly and is complete and accurate at all times.
The desirable candidate for this role will have worked within an HR or Recruitment capacity, preferably within an NHS function.
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday
The hourly rate will be from £9.28p/h, paid weekly in arrears.
