We are currently recruiting for a HR Officer on behalf of one of our clients based in Welwyn Garden City. The role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with analysing data and reporting findings back to management. You will also have excellent time management and will be happy to chase people for information.
My client is looking for someone to start in the HR team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a proven HR and Payroll background, be available immediately, and have project management experience.
Working within a friendly and enthusiastic environment, this HR Officer position is for an initial 3 months, but is likely to be extended. They are launching a new project where they will be changing their internal HR Payroll system. You will need to have a clear understanding of the HR and Payroll process in order to launch the project.
For this HR position, you will need to be naturally inquisitive and happy to investigate systems to find alternative ways for the system to run.
