Job Description

Professional and passionate HR Training Advisor wanted to join a fast-growing business located in the West Midlands, providing HR solutions across a broad range of in-house HR matters and policies.

To be considered you must show evidence in previous training and HR led roles. You must be be a people person and able to demonstrate qualities such as emotional intelligence, sensitivity and approachability and a calm head, in all situations.

You will be capable of quickly building strong working relationships with managers at all levels across the business, using your excellent listening, communication and influencing skills.

Successful candidates must have a CIPD Level 3 or above and a strong working knowledge of employment law.
