HR Workforce Planning & Information Manager

Job Description

I am looking for an experienced Band 7 HR Workforce Planning and Information Manager to join the NHS, on a two month temporary contract to start immediately.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5hours) and the pay rate is £20.36 per hour and the role will be based at North Middlesex University Hospital in Enfield.


You will be working as part of the Workforce Information Systems Team, and will take lead on all areas of the production and development of KPI's (Key workforce Performance Indicators) and workforce information across the Trust. You will be using workforce data to support improvement and decision making in a critical health care setting, to make a difference for staff and patient care.

I am looking for highly motivated individuals with great technical skills and experience of working a senior level to shape strategic Workforce Information service. You will be working closely with various stakeholders so you it's important that you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a public sector environment would be advantageous.


A DBS will be processed for successful candidates, and we require five years references and Right to Work documents.
