Lead a Service That Makes a Difference

An established and values-driven care provider is seeking an experienced Hub Leader to oversee a Complex Needs service in Birmingham.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a frontline team, ensure high-quality care, and support individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.

The Role

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of support staff
  • Manage day-to-day operations, rotas and staffing
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments and reviews
  • Ensure safeguarding, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
  • Carry out audits and drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
  • Support individuals to access engaging and meaningful activities

About You

  • Experience in a leadership role within Health & Social Care
  • Background supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and care planning
  • Experience managing staff performance, supervision and development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with IT systems
  • Level 4 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience) What's on Offer

  • Monday-Friday working pattern (no routine nights or weekends)
