Are you looking for a role as a Human Resources Administrator in the Bridgend area? We have an exciting opportunity on a fixed-term basis for a Human Resources Administrator for a wider public sector business in the Bridgend area.
This role will see the successful applicant providing full monthly payroll and dealing with payroll queries throughout the month as they arise. The candidate will also be the first port of call for administrative requirements within the department. We`re looking for somebody who can create and maintain HR records, manually and computerised and make sure that information is readily accessible by colleagues within Human Resources.
The successful candidate will also be assisting with recruitment and selection, including personnel checks and appropriate candidate management throughout the recruitment process.
This opportunity would suit a candidate with Human Resources experience and a CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
