This is an exciting opportunity to drive the HR goals for this employer, delivering high standards of service within a business partnership environment to Directors and Department Managers.
You will be driving the HR strategic objectives through advantageous projects across the organisation.
You will be in the forefront of developing procedure and policy in light of professional knowledge, latest practice and organisational strategy and advising Managers appropriately and within the law in respect of employment issues.
You will work closely with Directors, Department Managers, Full Time Officers, Payroll and Pensions Coordinator, Training Providers, IT System Suppliers, and External Agencies.
This is a busy and demanding role but it will reap many benefits for the right individual. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled HR professional, ideally CIPD qualified. Experience of delivering HR services across the complete employee lifecycle would be advantageous. The individual should be able to demonstrate a passion for diversity and inclusion as well as delivering a high level of professional service.
The ideal candidate will also be able to work independently and using their own initiative while displaying confidence in their own abilities.
The Salary is extremely competitive ranging from £27,456 - £31.801 depending upon experience, with a typical work week being 29 hours.
