Role - Temp HR Support
Hours - Monday to Friday 35 hours per week - 8.15am-4pm or 8.45am till 4.30pm
Duration - 1-2months possibly longer
Pay - £13 per hours
Location - Maidstone/opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week
I have a a requirement for 1 HR advisor to support a busy company based in Maidstone. HR experience is essential.
My client is looking for a driven, pro active and committed temp to support over their busy period. This is a two month booking which could be extended.
We are looking for
HR Adviser - strong case management and absence management
HR Admin - strong HR administration and recruitment, will be dealing with all the new starters and leavers
Knowledge of Legislation and Employment Law is a bonus
Duties to include
- Monitoring a busy inbox
- Answering and Transferring calls
- Dealing with agencies
- Organising interviews
- Organising New starter Packs
- Data Entry
- Updating a database
This role involves travel to other company offices in Kent, London and Sussex. All travel expenses will be paid.
