Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking candidates for a permanent HR & Payroll Officer vacancy in Belfast.
Our client has engaged with Brook Street to enlist our help in securing a HR & Payroll Officer to join their busy HR department where the successful candidate will support the HR Manager in providing a confidential and customer-focused HR service to the organisation.
You will be an HR Generalist with at least 2 years experience in the full HR lifecycle, ideally including experience of payroll administration.
This is a diverse role that will help propel your HR career forward. You`ll be involved in everything from recruitment and selection to on-boarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, policy development, absence management, and employee well being.
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and will benefit from the on-the-job training
Candidates must have a third-level qualification or relevant experience, must be fully- or partially-qualified via CIPD or be willing to work towards a CIPD qualification, must have at least two years` experience in a similar role,
You must also have experience of processing payroll, and must have experience of conducting general HR duties such as handling grievances, conducting disciplinaries, completing recruitment administration etc.
The starting salary for this role is £21,500 and our client has advised that the HR & Payroll Officer will have the opportunity to earn a 6%-9% performance-related bonus which could increase the salary to £22,790.
