Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner with fluent Welsh language skills (written and spoken), to lead and deliver innovative, best practice HR solution and promote the culture & values that create a positive working environment.
It is essential that candidates have the following skills / experience:
- CIPD membership / fellowship or equivalent experience
- HR BP / Senior HR Experience
- Experience of mediation / negotiation with trade unions
- ER, Casework and Tribunal experience
In addition, we are looking for candidates who can speak and write in the Welsh language with complete confidence.
The successful candidate will be working from home for the foreseeable but will be required to work from Aberystwyth upon their return to the office. Candidates who would consider a relocation are encouraged to apply for this position.
