Our client - a busy and growing Lloyds brokers are recruiting for an experienced IBA Accounts Manager/Supervisor to supervise a team of 6 IBA Accounts Assistants across the business. You will be responsible for mentoring , training and appraising your team- so some relevant supervisory experience is needed

It is essential that you have recent previous experience in a Lloyds Brokers within IBA Accounts.

This is a wide ranging role covering all areas of IBA accounts and you will work very closely with the Head of IBA.

Ideally you will have at least 10 years experience in IBA Accounts and are looking for the next step in your career path to a more managerial position
