Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an ICT Field Support Engineer to work for a government client based in Bristol.

You will be based in Bristol but you will be required to travel to various different locations in the UK.
All travel expenses will be paid for including accommodation if required.

Main duties include:
-Troubleshooting laptops
-Installing software
-Fixing Microsoft Office issues
-Making judgement calls regarding IT equipment

Skills and experience required:
-Experience working as a 2nd Line Engineer
-Experience in the above main duties
-Happy to travel
-Good customer service skills
-Able to work flexibly

You will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 0800-1800 which will usually be 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £12.74 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 05/06/2022 with a possibility of extension or a permanent role.
