Job Description

My client based in Media City are looking for an ICT Support Technician to join their team on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for providing first and second line support for all of the UK based users, provision of equipment, remote support, ICT administrative tasks and support of desktops, laptops and phones.

Other duties include:
>First point of contact for hardware & software related issues
>Maintenance of desktop devises for their entire life cycle
>Support LAN and WAN connectivity and configuration to enable end user access to the network and systems
>Perform standard user management via active directory and Office 365
>Update ICT procedures and user self-help documentation
>Complete staff (or end user) equipment relocation
>Assist with network implementation and maintenance
>Assist on audits and asset management, tracking issues hardware, software and peripherals
>Liaise with 3rd parties and suppliers
>Diagnose and repair of faulty equipment
>To adhere to all local/group ICT policies and strategies

Hybrid working pattern
Monday - Friday
