Job title: ICT Technician
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday
Location: Barnwood, Gloucestershire

My client is a highly successful organisation that provides collaborative contract management services and administration support. They are currently seeking an ICT Technician to support their busy office function in Gloucester. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

This role is ideal for recent graduates that are keen to secure a role that will encourage their relevant IT related qualification, or an individual with proven experience in a similar role looking for a bigger challenge.

ICT Technician responsibilities:

" You will Troubleshoot software & hardware issues both on site and remotely
" Work closely with clients and suppliers to replenish stock, manage hardware/software and support infrastructure
" You will oversee ICT & data systems within the business contributing to the planning, development and monitoring of ICT support services throughout the group
" Respond efficiently to support queries and manage Office 365 & Azure AD systems deployment



ICT Technician desired Skills and Experience:

" Previous background in customer service or IT support
" Relevant IT related qualification or demonstratable experience in an IT support role
" Strong Microsoft systems knowledge
" Ability to work independently, prioritise work load and achieve the most desirable outcome under strict deadlines
" Strong desire to learn and the ability retain large volumes of information

The ICT Technician vacancy offers a competitive basic salary circa £20K, pending experience, progression and development opportunities within a highly successful organisation, the option to further educational and skills training and additional company benefits.
