Key responsibilities -
Providing accurate and timely client valuations
Provide assistance and support to the Office Manager
Delivering agreed project activities as designated by Office Manager
Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities
Manage incoming telephone communications
Managing all incoming and outgoing business post
Assisting the Office Manager in ensuring the IT hardware and software systems meet the needs of business
Key Skills -
Must have at least 1 year experience in an IFA sector.
Must have a strong Admin background
Knowledge of the IFA systems (preferably Intelligent Office)
Knowledge of Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher.
Great Salary range of £22,000 -£24,000
