IFA Client Services Administrator
18k-23k Depending on Experience
Purpose of role: To provide comprehensive administrative support.
Maintain up to date client files and data.
Obtain illustrations, valuations and other information, etc.
Process and track applications.
Diary management - for client reviews and planner meetings.
Prepare annual review listings by month.
Prepare and issue annual review data (fact find, etc) to clients.
Commission monitoring and invoice preparation.
Liaise with clients and providers.
Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business.
Undertake appropriate professional development and training.
Report on key measures on a regular basis.
Manage the administration workflow.
Develop, consistently implement and review processes.
Receive and implement requests from planners and para-planners.
Register and utilise appropriate extranets/websites and other forms of e-business.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
Interpersonal - team working and communicating with clients remotely.
Proactive, willing to continue to develop, enthusiastic.
Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, and meticulous.
Able to prioritise.
Able to operate Intelliflow Intelligent Office.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office etc).
Working towards CII Certificate.
