Are you looking for a new opportunity?


Our client based in the Watford area is looking for a Customer Service Agent and IT Support Consultant for a 3-6-month period with the aim to go permanent. This is a hybrid role. After the training period where you will need to be solely in the office, you will then only be expected to work 3 days a month in Watford.


For this role, you will need to have great IT skills including, trouble shooting, 2nd line support, and good attention to detail. In your team you will have the responsibility to successfully and effectively manage any hardware and software faults. You will also be responsible for managing escalations and utilising third party services to resolve any issues where required.


You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you where you will be taking inbound calls from both retailers and engineers, who need help either trouble shooting their tech issues.


You will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide great customer service through excellent interpersonal skills. You will have to have a DBS and credit check in order to work for this client.

The Rate is £9.50ph for the first 12 weeks, and then increases after completion. FREE LUNCH in their amazing canteen and free Parking on site is also offered.
