Our Public Sector Client is looking for Customer Coordinators to join their team on a temporary contract until end October 2019.
Transport will be required as this is a remote location.
As a Customer Coordinator you will work within a particular business area of the department providing a front line and professional service to a range of customer types, or for a range of products / services on behalf of our Client.
You will provide accurate advice, guidance along with information to external customers. Accurately capture customer information and process financial transactions, as per work instructions. Take ownership over each customer ensuring the customer receives an excellent standard of service. Working as a team to generate ideas for ongoing and continuous improvement to service, ensure your delivery of workload is completed. develop your skills on products / services supported by your department. Participation in team meetings.
Customer Service experience and call handling skills. Good communication both verbal and written. Good IT skills. Planning and organisational skills, able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Full time positions - Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm - Salary £9.83p/h
