Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently assisting our Belfast client to recruit an Immigration Solicitor.

The position is a fixed term role for a period of 12 months but there is also a distinct opportunity for the role to become long term/ permanent

The successful candidate should be qualified to practice as a solicitor in Northern Ireland with at least two years` post-qualification experience and at least one years` post-qualification experience providing legal advice, information, conducting tribunal representation and managing case work in Immigration Law.

Applicants should have a good knowledge of Immigration Law in Northern Ireland and knowledge of the law relating to children in Northern Ireland.

Applicants should also have good IT skills, excellent communication skills and a commitment to children`s rights and participation are essential.
