I am looking for candidates that have worked within Freight, Import and Export to join a friendly and established team based in Bacup.

Your role will be to liaise with Customers, hauliers, airlines, shipping lines, agents, suppliers and other departments within the company - helping a smooth process fom start to finish.

I am looking for a candidates that has previously worked within a "Freight Forwarders" I am not too fussed on years of experience as this can be a progression route - hence the salary bracket - the more the experience the more salary can be negotiated - What can you bring to the table?

For this role's I have available... the "Main Duties" will include:
" Taking enquires from clients
" Negotiating rates with hauliers, shipping lines, suppliers and agents
" Providing clients with quotations
" Input onto system and book with hauliers and shipping lines.
" Customs entries (NES)
" Prepare Bill of lading instructions for the shipping lines
" Sending ISF information to the agents within the deadlines
" Submit VGM information to the shipping line within the required time frame.
" Checking of original/express release bills of lading from shipping lines
" Tracking of shipments to make sure shipments have been collected and shipped as booked.
" Prepare and send out Bills of lading for all ocean shipments
" Completion of export documentation (EUR1, ATR, CofO, DGN, Certs of shipment)
" Complete and send pre-alert documentation
" Generate sales invoices
" Complete job costings
" General freight forwarding tasks
" Scanning Documentation
" Filing
Salary is negotiable depending on experience £20,000+ This company are a "work family" therefore want you to stay progress, and grow with them ... and they will pay to suit experience!...
