Office based - Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Advisors!
£9.88 per hour + Commission

Full time Permanent Contract - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

We are looking for customer service advisors to start immediately with a fast growing business with a great brand with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to existing customers.

• Dealing with inbound Sales calls from enquiring customers guaranteed over age of 50`s relating to life insurance for Funeral Plans.
• Taking customers through insurance quotes to fit their needs.
• May deal with vulnerable people ageing between 50`s-80 yrs. old; 3rd party sales can be made if required
• Skills required; 12 months+ Customer Service experience either contact centre or retail
