CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
We are looking for a number of permanent Call Centre Agents to join this progressive household name in the Watford area. Initially you will be working from home so good internet service required, however you will be expected to work from the Watford Office when it is appropriate to do so.
You don't have to have worked in a call centre before but you must have excellent communication skills and have a passion for helping people. Whilst full training is given you must have good keyboard skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
You will be taking high volume inbound calls from both members of the public and retailers The contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm on Sundays and you will be need to be flexible with shifts as they are on a rota basis committing to a 37 hour week.
