Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted to be recruiting Inbound Customer Advisors for our client based in Bangor.

Our client has confirmed that this role is temporary and full-time hours of 35 hours per week. You will be required to be fully flexible between the hours of 0700 to 1500 hrs and 1500 hours to 2300 hrs Monday to Sunday

The role is Inbound Customer Advisor role, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service at all times for NHS calls

This role would suit applicants that have a good level of customer service either face to face or via telephone.

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
