Our client has advised us that the role is temporary for 12 weeks with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week
We have been advised that there are two job vacancies that the successful applicant will complete. The first role will last approx. 2 weeks, and then you will transfer to another department for the remainder of your assignment before you are made permanent. The first role will entail the successful applicant to receive inbound calls from customers who have questions and you will simply use a FAQ work sheet to provide the customer with the correct information. The 2nd role is to receive inbound calls and help the customer resolve their enquiry
We are seeking CV's from applicants who have an excellent Customer Service background, this may be via phone of face to face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
No GCSE's are required to apply for this role, however, we have been advised that after the first role is completed, the successful applicant maybe required to work from home, if this proceeds, you will be given a PC, however you must have access to BroadBand/Reuter access and a quiet work place to work
For the first 2 weeks, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.00 per hours, after these, you will receive an hourly rate of £8.72 for 25+ year olds and £8.20 for 18-24-year olds
