Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be recruiting for an Inbound Customer Advisor for our client based in Belfast (NR Holywood Exchange)

Our client is well established in the local community and has been servicing Northern Ireland for 20+ years

We are looking for a motivated and organised person to join a small and friendly customer services team

The position is aimed at a motivated individual with good communication skills who wants to join a growing company and establish or further their career.

If successful, you will be responsible for the primary contact for inbound customer contacts in respect of gas emergencies, connection sales opportunities, job updates and other business-related enquiries.

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.21 to £8.63 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
