Our client based in Newry has vacancies for Inbound Customer Service Advisors.
The roles are temporary with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants to join a successful company that has been in business for over 20 years. The hours of work will vary from Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm; Saturday - Sunday 8am - 6pm this is a full time post, our client will be flexible with hours to ensure that applicants can use Public Transport to get to and from work were possible
We are seeking enthusiastic applicants who have a good service history and have the right attitude to deliver outstanding Customer Service
Our client does not necessarily require Contact Centre experience, as full classroom training will be provided.
No qualifications are required; however, we would require applicants to have a good level of verbal and communication skills and IT Skills
