Brook Street UK (Ltd ) are delighted to be supporting our client in Co Down for Inbound Customer Service Advisors

Our client has advised us that the role is Temp to Perm on your 13th week and shall be working from home until further notice. The hours of work are Monday to Friday between 0800 and 2000 and Sat&Sun from 0900 to 1600. You will work 5 out of the 7 days.

We are currently seeking candidates who would like to play a key role in the continuous delivery of excellence by providing outstanding customer services to our client

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering outstanding Customer Service - giving advice to those regarding funding and grants.

No GCSE's are required to for this role - training will be provided to those who are successful for the role

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.20 for 25 and under and £8.72 for 25+
