Brook Street UK Ltd is supporting our City Centre based client for Inbound Customer Service Advisors
Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary, with a view of becoming long term. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hrs
You will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and transferring to relevant department/Person and advise customers of the next steps.
We are seeking CV's from applicants who have a good service history. No Call Centre experience required for this role as you will have full training and support.
No qualifications are required to apply for this role, however, if successful you must be willing to apply for an Access NI
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £7.70 aged up to 24 and £8.21 for 25+. You will be part of a fun team, limited targets and casual dress.
