We have an exciting opportunity to work for a company based in Belfast City Centre as an Inbound Call Centre Advisor.
Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 hours
You will be responsible for providing first class, friendly and knowledgeable service for every customer that makes contact.
Transfer customers to relevant department/person
Provide advice within remit of the contract
Previous call centre experience is not essential.
Strong verbal communication skills
A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations.
Customer Service Agents that join the company will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £8.01 for applicants up to the age of 24 and £8.53 for 25+ You will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave
