We have an exciting opportunity to work for a company based in Newry as an Inbound Call Centre Advisor
Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary for 12 weeks and then you will transfer to a permanent opportunity
You will be working for an exciting and innovative Market Leading Energy company, providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls however our client also requires some up-selling and promotion of add-on products during these calls
Our client has multiple full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 8am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6:30pm Saturday. Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work rotational shifts. You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance.
Our client has advised us that no GCSE's are required to apply for this role, and have a good level of customer service!
