Our client based in Belfast City Centre is seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team. The roles are long term temporary with permanent conversions available.

The role is Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 hours. You will be paid on a weekly basis. Our client is candidate focused, so all about you! You will be given training to carry out your role and continuous support from a dedicated Trainer

We are seeking candidates that have a good customer service history, although this role is telephone based, it is not necessary that applicants come from a telephone based role.

You will be responsible for answering a range of inbound calls, transferring clients to relevant department/person/sending out application forms/providing solutions for customers

In return you will receive an hourly rate of £7.60 per hour for if you are aged 18 - 24, £8.06 if you are aged 25+. You will also benefit from free incentives provided from the client
