We are currently looking for 10 Customer Service Advisers to work with our Government client based in Manchester.
Location: Manchester City Centre, offices are just outside Piccadilly train station so has great transport links!
Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm (Overtime available)
Pay: £8.36 rising to £10.67
Temporary 3 month rolling assignment.
Overview: <span "=""> Working in a busy inbound call centre, you'll be dealing with issues of a sensitive and personal nature. You'll need to use your good administrative skills to confirm client details over the phone and comply with data protection regulations. You will adhere to company practices and values, updating each case as you go on their online system.
You'll have access to an on-site café as well as comprehensive training before you begin, so you'll be fully equipped with everything you need when you start!
