Inbound Customer Service Opportunity`s

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives to work in the South Gyle - Edinburgh.

The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to join an exciting global company who are currently experiencing high growth in the business and are seeking candidates to join their vibrant office in Edinburgh South Gyle. Easily accessed via public transport and free on-site parking.

Title: Inbound Customer Service Representatives
Pay: £10.20 per hour
Location: Edinburgh South Gyle
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday - (No Weekends)
Position type: Temporary to permanent

Training / Development:

You will take part in a 6-week classroom-based training programme. Training is designed to develop and prepare you to resolve all customer enquiries relating to the products and services.
(Please note this is not a sales role and will not involve selling any products)

The Role:

You will be part of an experienced customer service team providing high levels of service to all customers. You will be handling all enquires in relation to their products and providing the customer a positive experience throughout the journey.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone that has a positive approach and a can-do attitude, open to change and not be afraid to take on challenges. Able to work within a fast paced and stimulating environment.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Must have Customer service experience in (Call centre, Hospitality or Retail)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Must have Good time management
- Organisation, prioritisation skills
- Must be computer literate to use Microsoft tools (Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
