Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently recruiting inbound customer advisors on behalf of our call centre client who are working with a well-known high street bank. This role is based in Belfast city centre.

Responsibilities in the job:

* Taking inbound calls and dealing with customers banking queries
* Working to FSA and Data Protection regulations
* Working to set KPIs

Criteria

* You'll be fully PC literate
* Excellent experience in customer service either face to face or telephone
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal

The role is full time and permanent - starting salary £17389 per annum and you are required to be fully flexible, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 11pm
