Job Description
Brook Street (UK) Limited is currently recruiting inbound customer advisors on behalf of our call centre client who are working with a well-known high street bank. This role is based in Belfast city centre.
Applications for this role closes on Friday 26th of July (Starting the 12th of August 2019) and for any applicants to be considered you must call into our city centre office before this date with passport,
and need 2 x proofs of address
Responsibilities in the job:
* Taking inbound calls and dealing with customers banking queries
* Working to FSA and Data Protection regulations
* Working to set KPIs
Criteria
* You'll be fully PC literate
* Excellent experience in customer service either face to face or telephone
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
