Brook Street (UK) Ltd are working with our client based in Belfast city centre as they have asked us to secure Customer Service Advisors working Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 WITH NO WEEKEND WORK and NO SALES. We`re seeking candidates who possess exceptional customer service skills and who are seeking a fresh challenge or a career change.
You will be working with an established organisation who are experts in their filed and a household name within the UK. Our client has a track record of investing in the Customer Service Advisors who work with them, and of promoting from within.
This is an inbound role which will require our Customer Service Advisors to answer queries from members of the public. It`s a busy and fast-paced inbound customer service role so handling customer queries and providing an excellent professional service to each caller is what the role entails.
Our client values outstanding customer service so the ideal candidates for these vacancies are people who love dealing with people, candidates who value giving customers an excellent service. Candidates must be able to demonstrate this to us when speaking about their work history and we really want to see candidates from a customer service background with a passion for dealing with and helping people.
