Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting inbound customer service advisors for our contact centre client located in Belfast city centre.
Working for a nationally recognised company. Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available.
What the role of a Customer Service Advisor entails:
Transfer customers to relevant department/person
Provide advice within remit of the contract
Previous call centre experience is not essential.
Strong verbal communication skills
A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations.

Can you demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst dealing with queries?
Are you open to change and supportive of new ideas or ways of working?
Fantastic problem-solving skills
And above all, can you deliver excellent customer service?
Previous call centre experience is not essential and no academic qualification minimum.
Customer Service Agents that join the company will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £8.01 for applicants up to the age of 24 and £8.53 for 25+ You will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave
