Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting inbound customer service advisors for our contact centre client located in Derry.
Working for a nationally recognised company. Our client has advised us that the roles are temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available.
What the role of a Customer Service Advisor entails:
Transfer customers to relevant department/person
Provide advice within remit of the contract
Previous call centre experience is not essential.
Strong verbal communication skills
A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations.
No academic qualifications needed but proven customer support experience must be demonstrated during interview.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 hours. You will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £8.01 for applicants up to the age of 24 and £8.53 for 25+ You will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave.
