Opportunity for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work in the Belfast City Centre, Monday to Friday set 0900-1700 hours (NO WEEKENDS). You will be working for a company who are a household name with a track record of investing and developing their employees.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic pay rate of £8.01 if you are under 24 and £8.53 for 25+
The duties and responsibilities include:
" Transferring calls to other departments
" Handling inbound calls from customers dealing with various queries
" Resolving issues for customers in a professional manner
" Provide advice within remit of the contract
" Provide excellent customer service on each call
" Meeting call targets and customer service targets
The ideal candidate will have:

" attention to detail
Prior telephone based customer service required for this position.
