Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working on behalf of Education Authority Northern Ireland to secure an Inbound Customer Service Advisor at Senior Clerical Officer level for their Transport Administration department in Dundonald.

The Transport department plays one of the most critical roles in one of the most critical organisations in Northern Ireland. Working within Education Authority Northern Ireland's call centre, the Senior Clerical Officer will work between 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday, and will be charged with providing administrative support to the Transport department, answering incoming calls, and following set procedures, exercise independent judgement in carrying-out instructions.

Candidates must have good Microsoft Office skills, must have good keyboard skills, and must have good oral and written communication skills.

This role is based in Dundonald and the rate of pay is £10.29 per hour. This is a temporary role but many personnel placed by Brook Street (UK) Ltd stay much longer than the initial term they were placed for and many have been given contracts by our client already in 2021.
