Working with a vibrant, fun, and energetic team in Derry city centre, the Customer Service Advisors will develop their knowledge and expertise in specific areas through classroom-based and on-the-job training. The successful candidates will also be assisted on a daily basis by great Team Leaders and mentors.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Customer Service. The Customer Service Advisors will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service by answering the customers` queries, by sourcing information for the customer, and by pointing them in the right direction or by transferring them to the relevant department.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 so it`s absolutely perfect for anyone seeking traditional office hours. Also, each and every call is an inbound customer service call.
Our client has confirmed that no qualifications are required for this role, however if you are successful, you must either have an AccessNI certificate or be willing to apply for an AccessNI. At Brook Street (UK) Ltd we are happy to help you with that very simple process.
These roles are in a fantastic office environment working within a great team. The current rates of pay are £8.53 for those Customer Service Advisors who are 25 and over and £8.01 for those who are under 25.
