INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE VACANCIES IN NEWRY WITH EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERMANENT POSITIONS
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working on behalf of our client, Teleperformance, to provide multiple Customer Service Advisors for their state-of-the-art contact centre in Newry.
Starting in September 2020, the new entrants will receive full training and, upon completion of that training, will work from home. Following 12 successful weeks of working through Brook Street in a temporary Customer Service Advisor role, all new entrants will have the opportunity to secure a permanent contract with Teleperformance.

The Customer Service Advisors will work 40 hours per week. The hours of work are between 0800 and 2200 between Monday and Sunday, and the rate of pay is £8.72 (over 25s), £8.20 (over 21s), and £7.70 (those aged 18-20).
Candidates must be able to work those hours and days, and must have a private room they can work in at home, and must have a wired ethernet connection.
